They always do a great job on my car. They do it better, and faster than I ever could!

I take my car there regularly and always get the $21 wash but car was just nasty and they were calling for rain so I got the $8 wash and dry they washed it and I waited 5 plus min. and no one ever came to dry my car three employees just stood there looking at each other. I called and the lady said they wasn't sure if I wanted it dried or not that with that wash they dry it as you leave out of the wash. Now they don't do that any other time why not dry it in the same spot as all other washes

Been here a bunch but after my last car wash my passenger floor mat was missing. I returned later and the manager was not there so I came back the next day. The woman who runs the car wash had a terrible attitude and said if her employees took it out then they would have put it back. Undoubtedly not. She would not take responsibility for her employees losing my car mat. Not sure how you would rate that but in my experiences that's not how you treat a paying customer or conduct business.  Getting your car washed here ....your taking a chance!

I am usually very happy with the job they do but this past weekend I went and I paid $30.00 only to get home and find the back end of my car was not swept and the door jams were filthy they had not been touched.  The front carpet was only skimmed.  I know they are busy but If I pay $30.00 I expect it to be way better than this.  I know a mobile guy who will come to me and does a great job on my friends car and he doesn't charge anymore than Magic Touch does.  I hate to take my business out of Lancaster but I may have to I was very disappointed.  I still gave a tip but that will not happen again.
