I bought a brand new Black Sierra Denali, when i took it to Auto Bell for the first car wash of owning the truck it looked amazing. My truck had only 1087 miles on it so it was in perfect condition. Once they ran my truck through the car wash it came out completely ruined with surface scratches and even scratches on my glass. I took the truck back and spoke with chad Newton the manager. He was beyond rude and would not take blame for what obviously was Auto bells fault. He told me to run it through the car wash again as part of the claim process. Once I did that the Truck came out with even more scratches. He would not take responsibility, claiming that it was impossible for there car wash to put all of the scratches on my truck. When clearly with it being new and never touched Auto Bell car was runined my truck. I would never recommend this service to anyone. Horrible management and horrible work. I will be taking this up with the better business bureau and also contacting my lawyer to do everything in my power to get Auto Bell to fix what they destroyed.

Left scratches on BRAND NEW TRUCK! At first we were hopeful that the manager would agree after seeing that the truck has a little over 1000 miles on it, and the scratches were in a circular motion all over the truck front to back. The manager explained their process to file a claim, you have to run the vehicle BACK through the cleaning process to see if any additional damage would be caused. But first, the manager ( Chad Newton ) said he needed to document the scratches. Oh and did I mention that the back glass also had a scratch, and also the tail lights! So Chad documented the scratches, we ran the truck back trough the cleaning process, he wiped the truck back down and what do you know, MORE scratches. I mean it was completely undeniable. Chad said that there was a lot of scratches and it may have been over looked the first time. He ultimately decided that they were not responsible for the scratches. We did not want money out of this situation, just for autobell to take responsibility for what they did to the truck. Since Chad did not want to take responsibility we are now getting in touch with the BBB. I do not recommend going to this autobell.

Staff is super nice! They just dont do a great job cleaning.

Paid for the $42 Super Polyprocess Car Wash, and seats in the back still have juice residue from the kids and sides of bed still have dirt from the tires. I took a baby wipe and wiped one time and the juice residue came right up. This tells me that they didn't even touch those seats.

I will go back to the one on South Blvd again even though it's 3 times the drive. Never had any issues with them in the 7 years that we lived there.

Took my explore to be clean, had some gifts I would be carrying to the Children's home today. When I left I notice the console wasn't cleaned and when I lifted the gate the mat was just as dirty and it was when I brought it in. They wasn't that busy when I arrived but they had 1 guy cleaning mine and 2 -3 others guy cleaning another car. I brought the Holiday special 2 Super Polyprocess car wash now it wished I hadn't.

Waste of money. Simply don’t do a thurough job and missed to many spots for what I paid for. Will not go back.
