Such a fun experience!!!! Everyone (employees and visitors) was so pleasant and helpful. Lots of "please," "thank you," and "excuse me." My biggest take away from the trip was how courteous everyone was and the use of manners. It was clear everyone wanted to be there. Lots of food trucks to check out. Games on the "lawn." Photo-ops around the property. You'll love it.

Beautifully done and so meticulously maintained. The grounds are set up well, great flow with food trucks surrounding the central "lawn" near the stage. Fun place to relax. Bakery was good, lines were long but moved fairly quickly. Magnolia Market was nice. Many pieces that are featured on the show. Prices were a bit high, but there are a lot of overhead costs to keep that place as nice as it is, so it's to be expected. Definitely a great addition to the area.

We went in June and it was very hot in Waco, but they think of everything. There were containers all over with white umbrellas for anyone who wanted to use them. White reflects the sun and is much cooler than the typical black umbrellas. We got there about 1:00 pm on a Thursday but I recommend going early on a Tuesday or Wednesday when they open at 10:00 am. You won’t be disappointed. A lot of people were in line at the bakery so we didn’t get to go 🙁. Employees were helpful and friendly. Nice layout - perfect for families. Lots of fun things for the kids to do in the green space! Wr’ll Go back, probably in the fall, when it cools down.

Such a unique and friendly place. Market place is huge and they have all kinds of things. T-shirts, soaps, decorative flowers,signs,books,etc. very fun place to shop. Staff from every store is extra friendly and helpful. Baked goods delicious. This place is great for groups and family too. They sell a variety of kettle corn!

The place is beautiful and welcoming! There's a saying about southern hospitality and this lives up to that. Everyone is so friendly! All of the stuff is cutely displayed, but we all knew that to before going in! The cupcakes are amazing. Love the new fall flavors! Fun way to spend a couple hours!
