I am pretty happy with the service I have had so far. I moved from California so finding a dentist in a new area is quite difficult. I was referred to Aspen and my four visits were hogwash and super expensive. So then I turned to this clinic and no problem. There is one lady who is not so gentle, but everyone else is fine. Dr. Mai is pretty cool too. She gave me a crown, fit perfectly the first time around, which is sometimes rare.

It was very horrible.and very painful..dont ever go there. .they did not much at all to help with pain..they broke my tooth apart and they attempted to pull it knowing how bad it was and it broke..and will do nothing to help with my pain

If you just looked at the customer service side of it that would be enough to RUN to another dentist! This office staff is rude, unfriendly, and needs a lesson in communicating with patients. On top of that, to most patients the dentist cons them into agreeing to  not use numbing medicine and takes the profit and smiles with her teeth that she is glad she couldn't fix. There are many people that will tell you that if she hasn't preformed malpractice already she is riding the line. She doesn't understand hygiene or how to serve the patient. Yes the Dentist is not a place where most people come out "smiling" but at least they know what they are doing!! If you want to be taken for what you got and have a hurt mouth this is the place for you.
