Horrible. All they want is money

Not entirely happy with the work however, she is really nice, the staff is nice and friendly too...however everyone that I know who has seen her has had issues afterward. i had a filling for just one year and it fell out. I did not chew hard things or anything like that it just fell out. a guy I know had his tooth pulled and he had bones from his jaw creeping up to the surface of his gum from his tooth being pulled.

I have a serious case of periodontal disease and extreme dental anxiety. I have not been to a dentist in 10 years due to several reasons so the anxiety buildup was pretty bad. I was expecting the worst at this office since my previous experiences had been awful at other dentist's offices.

HOWEVER, I was VERY WRONG in regards to this office!! I decided to go to this dentist based soley on the girl who answered the phone the first time I ever called. She sounded genuinely concerned for me and actually CARED about my anxiety and dental fears. She was SOOOO SWEET that I immediately KNEW THIS DENTIST OFFICE WAS DIFFERENT THAN ALL THE OTHERS.

I was not dissappointed when I had my appointment (just yesterday). The staff was GENTLE, CARING, and AMAZING. Yes, the shots sucked big time, but it seemed so much easier to handle because the staff was talking me through it and coaching me through it. 

Dr. Mai was amazingly sweet and nice. She must have known about my dental anxiety because she didn't spend too much time of over-explaining what she was going to do and just jumped into it which didn't allow me any time to build up the anxiety!! AND when I started to panic in a few spots (again just from the shots! LOL!!) she started to tell me a funny story to help me get my mind off the shots. 

I ended up getting 4 teeth pulled and got a full periodontal scaling done and the whole visit was less than 3 hours. The teeth pulling only took ten minutes!! As a side note, I had one quadrant of my mouth done as far as the periodontal scaling at another dentist about 6 years ago and that dental hygenist left me with black and blue bruised gums with sections of my gums "flapping" away from my teeth!!! THIS office was so gentle I have NO bruising and my teeth and gums look AMAZING!!!  I have NOTHING bad to say about this office. I will definitely be back to get the rest of my dental work done!!
