We are a full-service family dental office. Dr. Barry Butler and Dr. Marcos Villarreal, are happy to provide quality general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, and dental implants. We are preferred providers for most dental PPOs, and would love to help you with your dental needs!

Most gentle cleaning I’ve ever had even though I had gone longer in between my cleanings. My husband and children had a pleasant experience as well. Love that one of us can be in the room when they’re working on my kiddo. That was a deal breaker when looking for a new dentist. From making the first contact for an appointment to checking out, it was easy and EVERYONE was so pleasant and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Dr. Villareal is an excellent dentist. Everyone on the office is professional and caring. I would recommend Main Street Dental to all my friends and family.

I had a great first appointment experience at Main Street Dental in Rowlett.  After a very short wait, I was shown to an exam room, had x-rays and then saw Dr. Villarreal.  I was there to have a crown re-attached and the process was very simple and pain free.  Dr. Villarreal was very friendly, professional and informative and explained all of my options.  My dentist recently retired and I have definitely found my new one.  The office staff are very friendly and helpful.  I'll definitely be calling them for a teeth cleaning in January.

I've been going to Dr. Butler since 1981.  Excellent Dentist !!!  His staff is super nice and always helpful.  They're like family (that I see every 6 months...LOL)
