Be cautious when scheduling an appointment. They are prone to over prescribing treatment such as scheduling deep cleaning just to meet production when probing depths don’t justify such a treatment. They are also known to submit pregnant women to X-rays without consent from their OBGYN. It doesn’t hurt to get a second opinion and ask questions if you don’t understand or are concerned. Your dental hygienist is there to make sure you are comfortable with  what’s going on and the prescribed treatment. The hygienist is a qualified care giver and highly capable of giving you accurate advice. They are also a quick second opinion in the room with you if you feel the dentist is over prescribing treatment or don’t understand something the dentist is telling you.  Peppermint dental will try to bully you so trust but verify it’s in your own best interest and not theirs.

They used to be very nice and helpful. I think with this new management they are awful. I just got kicked out of their office. They don't look at people as patients but numbers. Just be aware to get ripped off.

Top notch dental work from great people!  Was there for my first-time appointment.  Got x-rays, cleaning, and a filling all in one trip! Dr. De Vera and staff did a great job, and now my teeth feel great again!

Excellent professional service, will definitely recommend to friends and family. The staff were very nice, warm and has great teamwork to boot!

I  enjoy my experience with peppermint Dental a lot.  The whole crew were very courteous, efficient and helpful.  And most of all, I like work of my Doctor Frederique Faucheu, DMD, she was very efficient, and detailed in what she did, and did not extend herself in services that were not necessary.  She only did what she had to do, and what was required.  She didn't go into extensive work, just so more could be taken out of insurance co, like other places that I have visited here in Rowlett.  So, please visit and see what I mean!!!  You get exceptional service all the way!!!!!
