Never calls you back and unfriendly staff. They turn their phones off early and dont turn then on on time. Ive called at 10 to 5 and got the after hours message and at quarter after 8 in the morning and still the after hours message. Plus they have inflexible payment plans. I would switch dentists if I wasn't in the middle of getting a crown. Smile effects may have less office hours due to loss of full time drs but they really work with you on your budget and are super friendly and organized

So overpriced, if it's your first time here and this place is in your network please look else where. Get ready to spend $500 + with insurance for basic service . It's a damn shame!!! Can't believe they're still in business.

We have been going to Monarch since January 2016 for my daughter's orthodontic care. ALL of the staff has been kind, helpful, and AMAZING! They are caring and they take their time to answer all our questions. Ultimately her teeth are now aligned and she has a beautiful smile. I would recommend this location for anyone that has young children and I would recommend it for adults as well.

I had an awesome experience at Monarch Dental Rowlett. The staff, manager and providers are exceptional, top notch.  I have always had a pleasant experience.  Dr. Tran and her hygienist are Great.  Jennifer And rest of front office staff always kind, go out their way for patients, and manager Melissa is always willing to work with patients whether being on payments and scheduling.  Thanks
