The owner is generally quite rude over the phone. He is only nice if you are in the office as a male. My fiance went to go and pick up her ring and was quite rude to her because she was misinformed previously from another employee there. He only wants you to get the ring and then after that he doesn't really care what happens.

Rick is a miracle worker! The prices are much lower than the chain jeweler shops. I've bought two rings here both custom. I just hope it stays open forever so my kids can but their rings from them.

It's were I bought my ring, it's where all my families bought their rings as well. I respect Frank and Mr. Merrill ( his first name is slipping my memory right now). But they're men of their word. Tri State Tire defiantly recommends anyone to go to their store if they're considering any items of jewelry. Plus local business are where it's at :)

My husband got my engagement ring here and I absolutely love it!! We went in together and I picked out two that I liked but wanted an emerald cut diamond instead of what was already in it. They were so great working with what I wanted while keeping in mind my husband's budget! The ring he picked with the emerald cut diamond turned out so perfect!! We also got my husband's wedding band here and he loves it. They are great to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!

Main Street Diamonds fulfill my dream!!! Here is my story: A month ago, my fiancee and I decided to get engaged. I was very excited and nerves because I wanted a perfect ring for her. I have visited all the diamond stores in Rexburg. The other two diamond stores I didn't feel super good connection with those sales people. However, when I first time walk into the Main Street Diamonds, I knew this is the place!!! Frank (sales man) and Rick (Gold Smith) were very nice to us and let us feel very welcomed every time when I walking into the store. After two weeks waiting. I got my dream ring, a personal designed 18K white gold ring! I love it a lot! So, if you want to get a good ring with a good deal, Main Street Diamonds is the best choice in the Rexburg!!! I strong suggest them!!
