This place is awesome! It has beautiful views and the Yurts themselves are nice and warm thanks to the fireplace. It's a lot of fun to go there and see the wonderful nature that's there. I've gone twice and I don't regret it. The beds are super comfortable. I'm pretty sure it's open year round, but I don't know for sure. I highly recommend going.

The customer service was above and beyond. The yurt was incredible and my boyfriend is now swearing we'll own one some day. The area is beautiful, and it was a perfect weekend getaway. I highly recommended it to anyone an everyone. Even those who don't like camping will enjoy a yurt!

GREAT PLACE TO STAY if you love to camp. The hosts are fabulous and the surroundings are almost magical. LOVED learning the history of how it got started (Survivor winner) and how generous they are with other non-profit organizations. I really appreciated my stay with other Time Bank founders from across the country!

I hope anyone considering staying at a yurt or just an awesome version of camping w/ perks and being in the maine would choose these yurts. We recently choose this as a spot for our wedding. Paige, who is an owner, was so kind and nice. She was so very responsive to our special/unique requests and it made our stay and experience awesome. We were also lucky to have great weather. Thank you Paige, Bob and the Maine Forest Yurt crew!

The love and hospitality coming from this family owned maine business is off the charts! If you've never tried fall/winter camping, this is a fun and cozy way to give it a try!
