This place brings breakfast sandwiches to a next level! You can count on a delicious, homemade tasting sandwich that will leave you with a full belly but wanting more! Between the house made bagel and quality cooked eggs and toppings makes it a prime spot for an amazing breakfast sandwich!!

Pretty simple review pictures speak for themselves, I ordered a pastrami club if I wanted a BLT I would have ordered one, also no pickles were included in the order either.

My family and I have been coming here for years but for some reason out of my last 6 orders 4 of them has been incorrect or missing items. Unfortunately this seems to happen when I'm going to work and can't turn around. This last time I asked for wheat bread no butter....as you can see " No Butter" is on the receipt, but no wheat bread smh. I would over look this if it wasn't for the frequency of these mistakes, and it was not busy. Think I have to find a new breakfast spot or at least go to the one on Okeechobee Blvd. They seem to do better with orders.

Great bagels! Could be tough to get in and out when they're busy.  Not a very friendly staff but the egg sandwich was great. Definitely worth the stop.  I just think the restaurant trade overall needs to get friendly if they want to keep customers coming back.

The bagels here taste amazing! However, the customer service is completely lacking. If you ever order to go, be prepared to be treated like an animal. The lady who answers the phone is absolutely rude!! How she has a job in customer service, it is a mystery.. I will not be coming back no matter how good the food is.

Decent food for a decent price? But we experienced pretty terrible customer service there.. Between the rude comments from the girl at the counter & the fact that every single person in my party had something wrong/incorrect with their order.. I’m not sure if it was worth the hassle honestly. One of the orders went missing completely, then we had to ask twice for the homefries we ordered. They still never came out until we were all finished & ready to go.. Looks like there’s so much staff available for no reason, it’s obviously a management issue…

I was living temporarily a few blocks away and have come here about 6-8 occasions out of convenience. The food was always great, ordered simple sandwiches, incredible bagels HOWEVER the service left a lot to be desired. Very unfriendly women at the counter, not helpful,...they looked as if they were pained to work there. After one too many questions they couldn't or didnt care to answer on my 3rd visit, i was a marked customer it seemed. And thereafter  even after ordering the same item everytime, the pricing was always different.  A sandwich was 6.30, another day 6.80 and today 7.28.  Seems dishonest. Loved going there exept for the unpleasant staff at the counter.

I haven't had Makeb's in couple of years. Still the same great quality, but the bagels seem 20-40% smaller. At $5 for a bagel with cream cheese, I want a bigger bagel. The complaint I have, though, is that I had to wait half a minute to be acknowledged because the girl up front was on her cell phone. When they say there aren't enough hours in the day, they aren't talking about texting. Get a clue!

This place makes a good breakfast but it’s a shame because the front service is terrible.  Last time I was there the cashier was fighting with a customer and every time I go here she has a bad attitude and looks miserable. It’s not a vibe to go there on a nice morning take your money somewhere else and enjoy breakfast with better vibes

Horrible customer service, I ordered for 11 people and the lead said she couldn’t accommodate my request to put names on the orders but that they would # them according to the way the order was placed—that was NOT the case, the majority of the orders weren’t numbered. I had to go through and open peoples orders to figure out what went to whom. I will say the orders WERE accurate but I have been going to this location for years and am amazed that the same cashier/lead is still working there. She’s always unpleasant, and seems annoyed at the business or ppl, what horrible way to start the day. I’ll be sure to ONLY visit the WPB location instead of the PALM Beach, what’s worse is that they sell REALLY good food.
