I had such a great experience at Malak Jewelers... Had a close friend recommend them to me who has done a lot of business with them and who assured me they were the best. From the moment I stepped in the door they treated me like family and went above and beyond to help me find an engagement ring. Not to mention they beat Diamonds Direct quote by a mile for the particular diamond I was looking at! I also purchased a custom ring that usually takes 5 weeks to make, and they had it finished in 2 weeks to accommodate my engagement plans, AND got my fiance in right away after I proposed to re-size it before our engagement party. Customer service is their first priority followed very closely by the quality of their jewelry. I highly recommend them, seriously.

We have been customers of Malak Jewelers for over 15 years and will always depend on them for providing excellent customer service. Malak and his team are very knowledgeable in all things diamonds and now that they carry the Forever Mark Diamonds I am even more inclined to come here since these are extremely rare diamonds that only two Jewelers sell in the area. I was in today and Malak himself helped me pick out the most beautiful diamond ring that is one of a kind to me. I’m definitely sending my boyfriend here to see him where I know he will NOT be haggled and scammed into buying a ring that is not for me. Any girl who wants a dependable jeweler should come to see Malak! Sam is also amazing and will sit and talk to you for hours about diamonds or anything really. I trust them all and know he will give me the best prices and is always flexible. If you chose to come here you will not be disappointed! Thank you to Malak Jewelers for everything you have done for my family and I!

We have been shopping for a while for an anniversary band but hadn't really found anything that I liked. On a whim, after having brunch in Arboretum, we stopped at Malak Jewelers. We had rolled out of bed on a Saturday, with our 7 year old in tow. Definitely not looking our best and I paused...wondering if we should even go in. I'm so glad we did! We were treated fabulously! Everyone in the store was polite and helpful. In addition, we purchased a beautiful ring with the help of our sales person, Patricia, who listened to what I said and suggested the perfect ring! All over, it was a wonderful experience and we will definitely do business in the future.

I came from Atlanta to purchase my ring, Sam was amazing and the ladies were very helpful. I decided on a custom made ring, and despite wanting additional changes made, they were more than gracious in honoring my requests and making me the perfect ring. I would recommend this jeweler for anyone looking to purchase an engagement ring because they will work very well with you and help you find something within your budget. Thanks Malak Jewelers from a very very satisfied customer. 😊

Beautiful ring and amazing service! Had to adjust my ring size, Sam and the rest of the team were beyond accommodating and went above and beyond to fit my needs. My fiancé had a wonderful experience purchasing the ring. I’m so grateful he chose a personable, family owned jeweler like Malak. I am positive they will continue to impress us with their amazing service! I have received so many compliments, if anyone is looking for an engagement ring this is the place to go !
