We worked with Eric to find options for my engagement ring, with his help my fiance found the perfect ring. He was so awesome and made us feel so comfortable. He had excellent customer service skills!

Purchased a ring for my girlfriend here and it was by far the prettiest ring out of all the stores I went to.  The customer service I received from Eric Tsui was superb. He answered all of my questions easily and seemed to genuinely enjoy his job. He helped me before Christmas and when I came back today was again more than helpful. Highly recommend you going to see Eric. Plus they have a 60% off sale right now which he was able to save me money. Definitely recommend Reed's so day they have been great!

Eliana was amazing! My boyfriend and I came in to get a gift for his mother and came back within an hour to purchase a gift for myself also SOLELY based off her exceptional customer service. I cannot tell you how pleasurable it is to actually go into a store (especially jewelry) and the sales person ginuinely wants to help you. Eliana was so personable and professional yet also down-to-Earth. She has already proven to be wise beyond her years and I am grateful for people like herself. Keep up the great work girl, your work ethic is not going unnoticed! Thank you

I've owned the same Citizen Navihawk Blue Angels watch for 15 years. I took my watch to Reeds where I purchased it for it to be shipped direct to Citizen for repair. I then get a call saying we shipped it to our outside vendor but they couldn't repair it. I never said to send it to anyone other than Citizen... I guess they have a difficult time understanding what it is the customer is asking them to do so they do the complete opposite.
