This RV park is hands down one of our favorite RV parks to stay at while in the area. The price is very reasonable for the area with a fantastic view of the beach. You get both an awesome sunrise and sunset. The staff are very friendly and keep the area very clean. The bathroom/showers/laundry are very clean and well kept. It's a short 20 minute drive to Santa Monica and a 40 minute drive to Venice Beach and the surrounding LA area.

I LIVE PRETTY CLOSE TO THIS PLACE AND GO THERE VERY OFTEN. VERY FRIENDLY STAFF. THEY TRYING HARD TO KEEP EVERYTHING IN ORDER. NICE VIEW, GREAT LOCATION, SPECIALLY FOR THOSE WHO WANTS TO WAKE UP IN THE MORNING AND LISTEN SOUND OF WAVES. VERY ROMANTIC

We stayed here in July 2016 for 2 nights, 5 people (45,44, 18,17,14) in a 25 ft. RV. We liked the place. The cost was pretty high (the only reason for less than 5 stars), especially because we had an ocean view (and the view was really great, the mountain view sites are cheaper). The beach is just a 3 min. walk away, but you have to cross the IS. We also travelled around Malibu by bus, the bus-stop ist just 5 min. away, so we could leave our RV there. The staff was pretty aged (maybe the owners?) but not rude, they helped us where we needed help.

We stayed at the park when it was not very busy. We found the staff to be friendly & helpful .They helped us book things we wanted to do in LA, helped us with directions too. Issues would be that you have to pay per sheet if you wanted something printed (we only wanted our tickets printed), they park people close together even though the park was mainly empty so you could hear your neighbors AC. We were put up top which was lovely for the views. The walk to the beach is not ideal as have to cross the main highway. The showers were nice & clean.

Although the grounds are beautiful, one can wish for the same for the people at the store and check in. The site we had was severely poorly graded, in which our steps were over a foot from the ground, talk about safety hazard! When asking for different accommodations, there was nearly no concern or care that we had an issue. Now, we had friends coming in, there was not one person leaving at this time, their site had been empty for over 24 hours, and no concern for safety of people or those leaving was an issue. They refused to allow them in a whole 1 hour early. I understand there are rules for reasons, but when said reasons are invalid... so shall the be the rules. Customer service is definitely not their strength here, rudeness is an understatement.
