For a town labeled as "Klan-chester" I've not seen or heard an officer be unprofessional in five years living here. Im Dark complexed with tattoos, but feel its mostly professional.

Just saw one of Manchester's finest rolling stop signs lane changes with out signaling headlights off in the rain basically violating every rule of the road

Racist and ignorant "police officers" in Manchester P.D. are allowed to abuse their power all the time!!! Me and a couple friends almost got a D.W.B. (Driving while Black) charge because some racist officer needed to make his quota for the day!!!! We got pulled over because of a busted tail light. Then this rookie officer barely off the force then says "oh, you're drinking while driving now?" (Even though I'm designated driver and had nothing at all to drink??!!!) And then finally he say: "But I'm going to let you off with just a warning today." Let us off with a warning for what??? (Other than driving while black in racist Klanchester????) So if you're either Latina or Black, be prepared for immediate harassment from officers who never should been given a gun and a badge!!!!!!!! Because some of them obviously just like to abuse they power.....

And P.S. We never did get a ticket because we never did nothing wrong. But I wish one of them would try some mess like that again..... you get sued for harassment fast-quick!!!
