Francine gives a great cut at a reasonable price.  She offers helpful suggestions on treatments but is not pushy.  Atmosphere is friendly and laid back.  Remember to bring cash, as some vendors don't accept cards.

Sandy is good and never a problem. Forget the other lady who works their, name but she gives a great haircut as well.
