Although the therapy team is phenomenal, I can't say the same for the nursing staff on the skilled floor. I have noticed the nurses aides have an attitude problem not just with their nurse but with patients as well, snacks aren't being offered regularly, a lot of corners are being cut and patients aren't getting the attention and care that they need.

My mother was a resident of Manor Care's skilled unit following a hospital stay and from day one my families experience was amazing! The entire staff was wonderful and they went above and beyond to make sure that my Mother was well cared for and at ease for the length of her stay. The management of this facility was very involved and present during the entirety of her stay, the facility Administrator even stopped in an visited with my Mother and introduced herself- IMPRESSIVE! All of the staff provided kindness and compassion in every encounter and all seemed to be very well trained and knowledgeable. I felt that they went above and beyond to ensure that the communication was clear and they always kept us up to speed on her plan of care so we were always informed of what to expect and what the "next steps" were. Their therapy team was FANOMINAL, that quickly became my Mother's favorite part of the day and would look forward to her time with her care team. The nursing staff were very skillful as well and really listened to what my parents had to say and took the time to answer any questions they had. The facility was very clean and comfortable, my Mom comes from a large family and frequently had visitors and they always went out of the way to accommodate her wishes and needs. I would highly recommend ManorCare for skilled or long term care.

We were unhappy with the care my father recieved at this facility, they seem to be understaffed and were often times rude, especially to their patients. I wouldnt recommend manor care a place to send you loved ones.

Please do not take your loved ones here, they are short staffed, do not regularly clean patients, and have only a few nurses on staff at night. They don't allow or like private doctor visits or consultations. The rooms don't allow privacy and are cramped.

This place is a joke no staff around and very little care!!! They need to be inspected and shut down, very dirty facilities and way under staffed. Didn't even get dinner till 6:45 Pm and roommate of the person I was visiting had to walk in and out to ask for his dinner!! No one should have to be subject to this kind of care!!!! Very disappointed
