(I usually don't do this but I was annoyed with my experience)
First time being here, 1 out of the many staffs I encountered were nice and patient with us. She even took her time out to push my dad out to the car when he was done. But bur nurses that got him ready for his procedure was getting frustrated with my dad because he didn't understand their instructions. (he doesn't speak English), so they just kepted yelling at him. (They did try to brighten the mood but I was already annoyed with them for yelling at my dad so I didn't really care for what they said at that point) they just seemed like they didn't really care, they were rough and rude towards my dad. One of the nurses did a messy job when putting an IV in my dad, the was blood everywhere and it seemed like she couldn't find the vein. They all looked annoyed with us (except for the nice one) and was mainly trying to rush things. I would not go here again.

I have had stays 3-4 yrs ago, best experience,  it was nice to be treated with respect and dignity. Fast forward to 2017. Lazy nursing staff. I literally caught my nurse hiding , I couldn't get any response from the call button so after 30 minutes I went looking. I'm getting out of the Mercy network after this horrible experience.

I went in last January with what i thought was pneumonia but was actually Afib. The staff was helpful and quick, attentive snd did a good job explaining the procedure before it was done. I left the same day. Yesterday my wife ended up in the same ER room with appendicitis. She ended up having surgery and again, we received excellent treatment. All the staff treated us with respect. It was really the best hospital experience we've ever had.

We've been here numerous times the first few times we were seen quick and things went relatively smooth then they went to hell. I recently called to check a wait on an ER vist and talked to Chelsey totally wasted call went to Methodist instead.

They have been amazing taking care of my fiance with her newly acquired diabetes.
