I took my vehicle In to have recall work done. I was told in the letter I received that it would take about an hour to complete, so I made an appointment and listed that I would be waiting. When I arrived I dropped my car off and was never told an estimated time of when it'd be complete. So I walked over to target to kill some time and decided to call them back and get an estimation on how long to expect it to take. I left a voicemail, and no one from services ever returned my call. So an hour and a half later I walked in to services and they said it wouldn't be done until the end of the day, which was another 3 hours...So I had to call a family member to come pick me up because I didn't feel like waiting there any longer. They also completely got my first and last name wrong. Which I understand you can hear someone say a different name, but I literally put my name in the appointment I made and they still messed it up. And they said they'd wash my car for free, and never did. So I'm never going back. Thankfully it was recall work and I didn't give them any money.

I called early on a Tuesday morning and asked to speak with the service department as I had a few questions I needed answered before deciding to have service completed at this location. I was put on  hold and got bounced back to the receptionist several times before I was told I couldn't leave a message without having a name to leave a message for. I  explained that I was considering their service department and just needed some basic questions answered before moving forward. Again I was told I couldn't leave a general message. She didn't offer to take my number and have a rep call me back or anything else. I would have to grade my customer service experience and F.

I left this dealership a few years ago because of a service experience. I took my Subaru back for recall issues and had awesome service from Josh Minners in the service department. I will be returning for future service and purchases as he was courteous, helpful and willing to help. Great employee!

Have had multiple bad experiences at maple hill volvo. Last straw was when they scratched up the shifter knob and broke the front inside trim on my almost new volvo a couple years ago...no apologies and not fixed well.  Also lied to us! Contacted volvo and they contacted mape hill and even they got no response! We will drive to betten in grand rapids who so far have been great!
