5 stars, simply because all the staff were extremely nice, helpful and very pleasant. Checkout was fast & I found everything i needed for my aquarium.

Horrible managers and horrible customer service. Refused to sell a friend a gold fish and refused to sell me a chameleon, because I answered one pet techs questions and didn't want to answer the "Assistant Manager's" questions. I saw 3 people there walk out with the pets of there liking and picking no questions asked, but for some reason the process was different for me. If it wasn't because my dogs groomer is at this location they wouldn't be getting my service, but for supplies,toys,food I will be taking my money to petco.

Nice, new and clean store. Helpful, nice employees. I ordered an online pick-up-in-store order, paid online and was able to quickly pick it up, acknowledge the purchase, take my items and go. Petsmart and Petco are the only places that carry my cat's food, Royal Canin indoor light and I can usually find a sale online with Petsmart

I don't usually write reviews but the last time I brought my chihuahua here and they did an excellent job. Today I just picked him up from having a walk-in pawdicure. First she told me they would CALL me when he was ready. Then I left and went down a few stores and came right back. On my way back I received a phone call telling me that my dog was done. When I went in to pick him up she said "for walk-ins we ask for you to stay in the store ". No one said anything like that when I dropped my dog off. Second why would you call my cell if I'm in the building. Isn't that called a page over the PA system. Third when I got my dog there wasn't a bandana. Did they do all of the things listed for that service. I didn't get everything listed. Maybe you will need to check your pet if you use their services. Disappointed
