They NEVER answer the phone or call you back. How can you get a place here?

Nice looking residential area. Roads poorly plowed/or salted. Too dangerous at the entrance/exit with combination of people (especially children), cars incoming and outgoing and the roads.

I live here and it's okay. But be aware of that they don't plow the streets until 10:30
