Marbles Restaurant was established in 1977, the building itself is a former livery stable which has now been transformed into a cozy dining room and a small but powerful kitchen. Owners and staff have changed, slightly, over the 30+ years we have been open for business but we still hold onto the same family feeling that we always have. Our fantastic loyal customers have watched this restaurant grow for 30 years and we don't plan to stop anytime soon, but don't worry we'll never get rid of your favorites like Whole Earth salads, or Chevre stuffed Lamb Burgers. So keep watching as this hidden little treasure of Waterloo history pumps along to keep our city happy and well fed.
