We held our rehearsal dinner at Proof Kitchen and Lounge and we were beyond impressed! The private space was awesome, and they even added some candles which looked amazing. Matthew our server was fantastic- he was very attentive and had great suggestions for anyone who wasn't sure what to order. All the food and drinks were delicious. It's such a perfect event space that is private if you want it to be (doors close it off) but it can also be open to the rest of the restaurant. Thank you for helping to make our wedding weekend so wonderful!

Hosted my wife's surprise birthday party in the private room. The staff were great from booking to the day of the party with the planning and helping with decorations. Food was beyond our expectations. Could not ask for anything more. Thank you for helping me create a great night for my wife and guests.

Great dinner at Proof last night:  knowledgeable service,  delicious food and nice atmosphere.  The schnitzel was the best I've eaten!! Special kudos to our server who really knew her stuff.

First of all, I'm not a big fan of pricey dinner unless they are really, by that, I mean, really good. Just my thoughts tho.

Atmosphere is cosy and comfortable.

I like brunch there over dinner.  Dinner feels kinda generic and over-priced a little bit to me. Good for group of friends gathering around tho. I dined in there twice during busy hours. And it took a while to serve. I dont mind waiting but just for your info.

Incredible atmosphere with live music, modern decor and a laid-back back feeling. The food was creative, well played and mouth wateringly delicious. Cannot wait to go back for brunch.
