I ordered a pizza tonight and was told it would be delivered within 35 minutes. I called back after an hour and a half to check in. At that point the staff tried to tell me I had never placed an order..... The manager had the same dismissive attitude. I told him to look up my number on any recording system they may have to prove I had called. He looked it up, found my number, and then told me they had no order entered....as though I had called previously for no reason and not placed an order??? The whole encounter was very bizarre and frustrating. It seems as though the manager did not care. After several rounds of insinuations by the manager, he offered to send a free pizza, which I would not trust after the encounter and told him to keep it. Both employees I spoke with tried to play me off like I was crazy and had not placed the order. I will never EVER order from this business again. I understand that mistakes are made but trying to cover YOUR error by pushing the burden onto the PAYING customer is what pushed me to leave this negative review. I truly hope the manager is fired because he has no ability to handle mistakes professionally.

Always fast! Super nice people every time. For the price, it's way better than expected. Now, I just need you guys to add a small pizza with everything for $10! My pizza was too hot to touch! Can't beat that for fast service!

Best authentic Italian pizza I've ever eaten..... I can't believe there's not more of these restaurants.  And the cheesy bread was awesome... i give this place 5 stars on so many different levels. Great service to.. the employees meet you with a friendly smile everytime.

Experience was great, staff was wonderful. the pizza, eh. I'm not from here but I've had a few pies. This place is like Domino's meets Jets. Very chain style pizza... The other girl is crazy, not the "best. Pizza. Ever." nor is it better than mellow mushroom, cheaper yes. Better? NO..... But they are open on Sundays. .
