Over 2 hrs and cold,  and what I asked for not to be on both subs,  they still put what I asked not be on it so if you don't like tomatoes,  banana peppers or olives,  believe me its not easy picking them off,  let alone the taste.  $30 worth of cold and wrong on order...  I have receipt...  Would be nice if you make right,  or I won't ever order again. I liked your food,  but what happened?

It was the worst experience I've had in my life. The pizza driver didn't want to give me my money back for cold Food, she didn't know how much money to give back and she didn't want to give me my money then she calls me out my name because I didn't tip her. 😑 will never order from them again

They are not good at all. They pizza is water down. They doe taste like your crewing tobacco & they service is trash. Trust me you better off picking up a pizza at the store & putting it in the oven. They are the 2nd worst pizza company. In fact I will go so far to say that they won't even last long because they are so terrible. It's unbelievable how bad they food & service are to be honest. Just stay away from them.

The pizza itself gets a 5 - best tasting pizza in the area based on what I've had so far. The price for two large pizzas was fair and affordable.

The issues were with ordering online - the site wasn't working properly so I had to call in, then there was a long hold time, then we expected the order for pickup to be done by 25 min so we went to pick it up after 30 minutes and he still had to wait an even longer time for the pizza (they were just now putting the pizza in). My husband, who went in to get it, said it was unprofessional in there). 

I think if something can be done to improve the efficiency of the service, I would order here exclusively.

Worst Marco's pizza Ever. I have had them deliver to me several times before. Tonight I placed a order and was told it was a 1 1/2 wait for delivery so that was fine but then a hour later I get a call to tell me that my address is not in there delivery after I have had delivery to the same address as million times . The general manager Steven should lose his job after how he treated us. We live 8 mins away. He refused to delivery to us and went on to tell us that he didn't care about my order . Very rude and disrespectful and then hung up on me. Won't have to worry about my business ever again . Very disappointed!!
