Good customer service. Food is slightly better than average. Garlic bread is too oily/buttery for my taste.
Unfortunately, I just spoke to Jay the "Manager " who gave me the worst customer service I have experienced in the 2 years that I have been ordering from Marcos Pizza. He was rude and nasty and didn't know about the prices or the food available while I was trying to place my order. He said he had chicken poppers available then while trying to tell him a sauce flavor He hung up the phone. I called back needing to cancel order that was started. Now I have to watch my bank to make sure I get a refund. SMH It is not okay to be a Jerk to clients who tip with every order. Email to corporate next.
Super friendly and helpful staff! Went above and beyond for us last week! We will definitely be sure to stop by when we're back in the area! *this is the one that was open when the other Marcos at Fort Mill said it was open but no one picked up the phone and we placed an order online but this Marcos did our order for us! Thank you!
Just received my delivery that was 15 minutes late with no excuse from the driver. Then I realize they forgot parts of my order and when I called to see if I can receive credit for the missing items,I was on hold for 5 mins and then the person answered the phone "Yo". I hung up. Horrible customer service and will not be returning again.
The food was ok. Service needs work. Walked in, was not greeted, and stood there over 5 minutes and still no one said anything. I had to get their attention before getting my order I made online.Food: 2/5

Great food and pizza, prices are reasonable, staff was very friendly, had the Italian sausage sub , very good , had a slice of pizza with 3 toppings , well worth the price , it was 2 times the size of a normal slice , thank you !
Ordered curbside pickup and employee gave my pizza to another person, which I understand that it can happen and I had no problem. He said that it will take five minutes and I waited for 15 minutes. When I entered the store to pick it up, he hadn’t even started preparing my pizza and said that it was going to be ready in 5 minutes. While waiting I noticed that the associate didn’t even wore gloves while preparing the pizza or even washed his hands prior to preparing the pizza. He stopped half way through to do something else and touched dirty surfaces and then proceeded to continue preparing the pizza with even cleaning his hands. I have ordered here before and it was good but after tonight’s experience I wont be ordering here again. I will absolutely like a refund for today’s food.
Pizza i love but the staff never get our request right. We have ask over a dozen times to either cut pizza in triangles or Don't cut. They still cut it in little kid pieces!!! We have called for the last time on this issue. They don't read the order details. Just ROTE cookers. I've requested they put cut in triangles on website but Corporate doesn't listen either. Time to find another place ...... Oh hey Ricky you are so nice but you were not there when we called this time. We sppreciate all you have done to try to make it right. I spoke to staff before and after to make sure they just didn't cut. Lady showed up and said they didn't cut but apparently she didn't look because as soon as we opened after she left well sure enough our usual deluxe thin crust was cut unto little kid bites! It was still good but frustrating to say the least. Marcos PLEASE consider triangles as default for thin pizzas!
I would give them no stars I ordered pizza from them got home and my PREGNANT wife started eating the pizza and it was raw dough called up there they won’t give me a refund
