I ordered a small pizza through the website on October 22, 2022. The pizza was not ready when I got to the store and upon inquiring, Adriana, the person at the counter said the order didn't go through. While we were speaking she was touching her hair, the cash register and other boxes. She proceeded to try and make my pizza while I waited but did NOT WASH HER HANDS OR PUT ON GLOVES. She handled the dough with no gloves, and again without washing her hands. She handled the cheese with no glove and WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS. I immediately told her to cancel my order and waited until I got the notification on my phone of the cancellation and received my money back. To say I was disgusted was an understatement.
Do not order from this location unless your life depends on it. Tonight us the 4th time they've messed up our order/ were egregiouly late delivering it. We live 5 minutes from the store and 3 times in a year it took over an hour and a half to delivery after the app said the driver was on the way. I still decided to give them another chance and pick up instead and they stated that had not started cooking any pick up orders only delivery. That was an hour and a half after we placed the order they hadn't started cooking it yet.
Place order today at 7:08 PM Estimated order complete time was btw 7:24 to 7:34 PM and selected carside pickup. Called the store at 7:26 PM to check the order status and heard that they still didn’t start working on the order one of the employee said may be another 10 mins it would be ready patiently waited for another 10 mins there was no status update still says was preparing at 7:36 PM then thought going to store to see what’s wrong with order. Reached store and clicked on we are here then they started preparing order that’s really frustrating since whenever we select carside pickup that’s how it works in this store location and started asking the employee there and he was very rude in answering questions and said there is prority for timed orders if that is the case App should have extended time this happens to us more than three times. Will never order from this store moving forwarding. Employee there said he will cancel the order how can he cancel my order after waiting for one hour. Very frustrating will never place order in this store.
Today made it the worst pizza ever. Didn't have much toppings at all. The very first time I had it. It was so good. But now, the only thing you get alot of is the sauce and dough. Disappointing!
Not sure what’s all the bad reviews. But sometimes things happen when you’re short staffed. Great pizza! Friendly staff!
Placed an order and thought the GM was handsome. After I ate his pizza I realized I was in love. Will be returning
Horrible takeout, delivery, it's all a mess delivery takes over an hour and they are less than 7 mins from my apartemt you order online and get there cause the app says its ready and it's not when you get there and the blonde manager there needs a few lessons in customer service she is very rude to her employees from what I observed and also customers!!! And food is not the best, I'm sorry but true!!!
Carryout customer service was fantastic. Walked in the door and was greeted by everyone! Phil in particular had an amazing attitude, was friendly and kind.
They DO NOT wear gloves at this location and with all this infection and sicknesses going on I do not think it’s sanitary or professional to be putting your bare hands all over the cheese in the containers and on everything, who knows if you wash your hands after every bathroom break! It’s a HUGE NO for me!
Would be no stars if I could leave that. Ordered through the app. They waited to call us after hour and 15 mins that they couldn’t deliver to us since it was out of their delivery radius even though that’s the location that app said was the closest. No apologies or anything just some excuses and claim they couldn’t call sooner due to them being short staff. Terrible service and poor management.
