I love MOD. Today we ordered 7 pizzas. All the pizzas were burned. They gave me my kids pizza first and he couldnt eat it so i asked them to re do it. They were upset that they had to. Then i got all the others and all of them were the same. 1 pizza was the only one good. The girls attitude was so bad that we just ate the pizzas cause i didnt want her to say anything. We ate everything on top and left the actual pizza bread. Today was a real waste of money

If you have never tried MOD Pizza, you definitely are missing out... Their pizzas are DELICIOUS and The Staff is always so polite and friendly... Thank you MOD, job well done, The Melton Family will definitely be back...

I've eaten at other Mod Pizzas and everything was good, but this location....Lord help them. First, I stood at the counter at least 5 minutes waiting to even be acknowledged. There were 5 or 6 staff working behind the counter. While waiting to order I observed: 1 staff make a pizza for another staff, No less than 6 online orders be made, 2 of the staff doing basically nothing, and 1 staff literally scooping up sauces with her gloved hands and then immediately put those sauce covered hands in the veggies ever heard of spoons?. Once the staff finally decided to acknowledge me, they told me they had just ran out of cheese and it would be 15 minutes before they had more cheese. Why did that staff member get a pizza with cheese before me? Why did the online orders, who wouldn't be showing up for 10-15 minutes get their pizzas made before me? Why does it take 15 minutes to get more cheese? COVID has ruined in-person dining experiences....these places are so concerned with online orders that they completely ignore the customer standing right in front of them!! If there is a cheese shortage, give the last bit of cheese to the customer standing right in front of you, not an employee or someone entering an order online. Stop accepting online orders if the cheese is low. Common sense people!

I ordered the Greek salad and I chose to build my own mod size pizza. The salad is a burst of different flavors delicious and healthy. Pizza, exactly how I ordered I give 5 stars

Ehhh… this location has went downhill unless I came on a bad day. There was lot of cross-contamination I saw upon arriving here. Also, the person removing and placing the pizzas in the oven was using his hand with no gloves to place the pizza on the slider:/ Not to mention he was on his phone while doing it as well. I saw one girl also fixing her hair. My pizza came out hot but the cheese was very light which I didn’t like. It’s probably best I go to another location.

Slow. Poor priorities. Go somewhere else.  Sat in line for almost 20 minutes with only one person in front of me. In that time, they prepared only 5 pizzas, all for online orders, and didn't even start on the person ahead of me before they started on another handful of  online orders.  Don't know why people bother with online anyways when you can get a better pie in the same amount of time. Go elsewhere.

We eat at Mod frequently because the pizza is good, and every time I think, "must just be a bad time for them." But every time is just as bad as the last, no matter who is working! No one working here smiles, they burn crusts often, they make it clear that they do not want to be serving you and you are an inconvenience, and they never get the finishing sauce on the pie - you have to ask every time. With different people working!  To the management team: you have a culture problem.  I may try the app so I can just order and come pick it up without having to talk to anyone.

First time eating here, and it was ok. The premise is pretty cool where you get to customize your own pizza. A personal MOD pizza will cost you $10, which is a good size. Taste-wise... it was ok. It didnt help that our pizzas were a little burned around the edges. We were also not a big fan of the pizza dough in general, which kinda tasted like a crispy version on the make your own pizza lunchables.
