It was our 1st time here today and we enjoyed the great service and the quality of the food. The Ranch for the wings is homemade and it taste so good.

Small but cozy bar, with absolutely amazing food tucked away.  Been coming here for years, and the biggest thing I love is the consistency.  In every aspect, never had bad service, nor bad food.  I've tried most of the menu and it's all been great.  Their pizzas are great, wings are nice and meaty with a good crisp skin. Chicken sandwiches, pasta, you name it and they do it well.  I can actually tell that they use fresh ingredients, and do so with care.  Owners are always present and involved which I love seeing.  I can't say enough.

I grew up by Chicago and love pizza.  I moved to Florence SC and they have terrible pizza.  Picked this place because my wife likes onions and she is an antiques dealer.  Was not disappointed.  She even said good choice and I told her it was dumb luck.  This is an odd thing to brag about but their crust was really good.  The toppings were good quality and the sauce was good but Ive noticed that most crust in the south is soggy and limp because the ovens aren’t set right.  I will definitely go back every time I’m in town.  The staff was nice too our waitress was from New York I don’t remember her name but she was nice.  I assume it was the owner that came over and asked how it was.  She was nice as well and engaged in some conversation.  Parking: Seemed like there were a lot of spaces….more than seats in the restaurant

Delicious pizzas!!! They catered our team lunch this past week. Friendly owner who was extremely helpful as well. You can tell he just loves life. The pizzas also had the perfect thickness of crust. All the toppings we got were so yummy and everyone enjoyed them. We are going to keep him on our list for future meetings as well.

Our waitress name was Cherokee. Very delightful lady. Who knows the menu quite well and could make good recommendations and especially on the fried Oreos. Two thumbs up to her and the other staff.Food: 5/5

This is hands down the best pizza in Charlotte!!!  Shout out to owner Jimmy & his son Yanni for providing the best customer service which is why we order every Saturday when they open at 11am.  Also shout out to Savannah & Cherokee for the warm welcome every week!!!

First time ordering from here, I got take out, and my food was so FRESH it felt like it just came out the pots and pans. EXCELLENT service I received my food immediately as I walked through the door. Staff was VERY kind and welcoming I will be back.

I have to say I’m so impressed with the food at the Rusty Onion. The Greek salad and pizza were fantastic. I was there and eat in the restaurant during the week and ordered the pizza tonight and the service was first class: They have definitely gained a new customer.

We love the friendly welcome and delicious food at the Rusty Onion. Can't wait to enjoy the wonderful patio again. A neighborhood gem.Food: 5/5
