Simply outstanding service - both on the phone and in person.  They kept me very well informed and arrived on time.  There were no hidden fees, and without me asking the wrecker driver/technician helped me determine that I just had a dead battery and didn't need a tow, so he saved me some money and helped me on my way to get my son's car battery replaced.
These guys are running a truly professional and customer service oriented business.  I'll never anyone else again.

I'm reviewing a little while after our towing from the summer but I just remembered to review. 10/10 recommend. To begin with (wish I could remember the drivers name) the tower was amazing. He arrived and immediately let us sit in his vehicle to use his air conditioner. He kept conversation with us the whole ride and showed sympathy for our wreck. Because we were visiting out of town- we had no ride or any relatives around us. He was nice enough to call around and find options for us to catch a ride back home to Augusta. Everyone in the office was so sweet and sincere into helping us find a ride. (We weren't old enough to get a rental, and it was Sunday afternoon). Just wanted to say that I was greatly appreciative of the services we were given into making the very bad day for us a lot more bearable!! Wish I could remember the driver's name:(

Very courteous when I called. My driver was Jey. He was awesome! Called me when he was 2 minutes away and let me know. He was very courteous and respectful. He made conversation and opened the door for me. They quoted me and it turned out to be about 15 bucks less which was a good surprise! I would definitely use again (hopefully i won't have to but if i did) and recommend them to everyone! 5 stars!

We experienced one of the worst nights ever when we broke down on I-75 north right outside of Atlanta Georgia. During rush hour traffic my box truck broke down and was UN-drivable.  We tried calling several towing companies we found on a Google search in the area. Each company that I called kept giving the number of another company that should be able to help with a truck my size. None of them could do it. Then a Police man showed up and he called Marietta Wrecker Service for us. When the police man called he didn't inform Marietta Wrecker Service that the truck back wheels would not turn so the truck that was dispatched could not help. With out hesitating the tow driver said this is not a problem I will just have to call in a different truck. Since we didn't know the area we also had to ask the service man for a recommendation of where we could send it to get fixed. He said he knew the place that would take care of us and would be fair on price. Now that everything was set the new truck was on the way and we knew the garage it was going to we asked if we could leave with our working vehicle to go get a hotel. As we went to leave the vehicle that we had, had the hazard lights on wouldn't start battery was dead. We then asked the service man if he had a jumper box. He did not and the traffic being bad and the spot we were in he could not pull his truck up for a jump.  He then suggested we could try using the battery from the travel trailer we were pulling and just maybe it would have enough to get the truck started. We took his advice and removed the battery from the trailer and sure enough the truck started. I just wanted to thank the service man and the Marietta Wrecker Service for all their help that night. It was a terrible experience for us and with all the other tow services not able to help Marietta Wrecker Service could and did and went above and beyond I felt to help us get out of the terrible situation.  Thank You. I hope that you never have to use towing service but if you do call Marietta Wrecker Service they will help get you back on the road.

I was stranded on the side of I75 north at the marietta loop and was terrified.  Marietta Wrecker picked me up within 30 minutes which is close to impossible and Ritchie was so nice.  I now have them on speed dial because you never know when you will need help on Atlanta's interstates.  The HERO driver didn't stay with me because it was shift change so the fact that he arrived so quickly really helped me.
