This place is so nice! I liked the workers a lot. They were very helpful and easy to talk to when my "self-checkout" of my rental didn't work out. I'm definitely coming here again!

I really disappointed with this place. We made a reservation online and we were suppose to get a call back with confirmation of the reservation and did not. We went there to pick up the truck, but we were late so they rented to some one else..... That is what they told me, but I believe that they did not have the truck. So what is the point to put in a card as security. Since I went online and try again and it said that they have the truck for a hour later and they did not... the attendant that was inside told me that u-haul have a policy that if you are more that 1 hour late they will cancel the reservation and rent to some one else. WE LOOKED ON THE SITE AND TWO OF THEIR EMPLOYEES LOOKED AND DID NOT FIND IT. If they can not find it. How can a costumer find it... So we try it again in a different location, we went online and it was the same thing. There was no truck and no call from u-haul. So when I called them they send me 12 miles way front any of my destination. To pick up a truck. It is not fair. U-haul used to treat costumer better before, when this happen before with me, they would give a discount or put you in a lager truck for the same price.

Great service and friendly staff. Staff was very helpful. The reason I gave 4 stars is because the Uhaul I initially reserved was not available when I went to pick it up. i1 had to get a van instead which worked out okay.

Rented from here before with no trouble. Order in advance though. Got a hitch installed here and they did a good job. 🙂
