My girlfriend introduced me to this place when we first started dating, fast forward to today and can't say many good things about it. The most recent time we've gone the customer service was bad, no one hardly ever came to check up on us and we had to drag someone over so we could pay and leave. She is vegetarian and often has to order directly from the chefs, a few orders later and she still didn't get any service. It's a good concept that can be improved on but that would need to start with the employee's they hire and how they do their job. Check out Sushi Zone in Bothell if you want a good conveyor belt type sushi. Better service, brighter atmosphere and better selection.

Best sushi I've had in years... Great and  affordable​, family atmosphere and always busy.  The freshest sushi, sashimi and tempura rolls to die for. And the prices are extremely affordable. No bones about it. And nowhere near our home in sultan but worth the drive.

I used to love this place but yikes, not so much anymore. If they stayed open as late as their hours said they do, had at least some form of quality control with sad shapeless rolls, and more attentive wait staff this would be the place to go! And it used to be! I'm really sad it's gone so downhill in this last year.

I try to call them for take out, but 90% of the time they are so understaffed that they can not even answer their phone. The atmosphere in the restaurant is evident they are understaffed also.

A long-term time customer who is disappointed in what's happened here. Portions are smaller, selection of ready-made​ plates is limited and not of great quality and prices are higher. They need to examine their menu and offer more variety.
