Mario’s consistently, year after year, prepare good food and provide attentive service. Their “fish bowl” sized glass of wine is legend. They are very serious about their take out orders here. They have set aside an area with personnel dedicated to efficiently handle this traffic. Just call ahead, they respond quickly, give you an estimated ready time and complete the transaction at the Take Out counter. If you order a salad it’s refrigerated until you arrive; everything wrapped, bagged, and ready to go!

When your waitress suggest dessert,  tiramisu,  carrot cake,  mint chip.... it doesn't mean a scoop of ice cream!   This is decadent dessert worth Oreo crust and drenched in chocolate syrup and fresh whipped cream!   Yummy!

The food is so delicious and services spectacular! Randy served me Sand Dabs and they melted in my mouth! Service and food were perfect! Prices are extraordinary and the food is as good as you find in the best NYC restaurants! A total 5 star experience!

TOO loud !  Management will not deal with out of control loudmouth yahoos who need to scream and yell to the displeasure of the other customers! NEVER will go back.  And have been regular customer for a dacade.
