The place was filthy and the employees acted like they didn't want to be there. They were all standing around in the kitchen apparently doing nothing instead of cleaning the place or taking our order. They finally took our order and we wiped down a table to sit at. While we waited, another gentleman went to the counter complaining he had been waiting for his food for over 15 minutes and wanted a refund. They grudgingly gave him a refund and he left without receiving any sort of apology for their poor service. We received our food after about ten minutes, but it was wrong. The order on the receipt was correct, they didn't make it that way. My taco shells were stale and my wife got a hot pepper in here 5 layer burrito. This was the worst experience we've ever had at a taco bell and we won't be going to this one again.

I used drive-thru, good for quick, meal on the run. Food was hot & as expected.

We eat here often.. today RAP music was blaring.. not exactly conducive to the age of clientele. New soda????? What happened to dr. Pepper. Not a great day!
