I stop here for lunch atleast twice a month and it is always fantastic! I have never been disappointed in any kind of way! I have to give a big thank you to Justin. He makes the best sandwich I have ever had! He crafts the sandwiches with such precision and care it comes out fantastic!

The owner called me back to tell me that I was a liar! I ordered sandwiches for the office and when I got there, 5 minutes after the said pick up time, they said that there was no order made. Then after asking around and having 3 employees come from the back to see what was going on, they finally started to make my sandwiches. I took the sandwiches back to the office and opened them up and none of the sandwiches had cheese on them, the extras I ordered weren't on them either. I called to speak to a manager and was told they weren't available. About an hour later, the owner calls me and tells that I am liar. That she has me on a recorded line saying that I didn't want cheese. Then she back tracks and says that she overheard me placing my order on the phone and that I asked for no cheese. Which is it? Either way, the whole experience was awful, the sandwiches were mediocre, and the owner calls her customers liars. I wouldn't give this location my money if they were the last sandwich spot in Palm desert!

I walked in for a pastrami and they only had white or wheat bread. I threw a fit (becuase i dont like either) and walked out. I wont be going to the palm springs Togos (yes its the only one in the area) ever again!

Enjoyed my entire experience at this location, great staff and great food 5 star food 5 star people!
