I have been to many jewelers in the La Crosse area, but none will ever rival Mark Jewellers.  I have so many stories from my interactions with the wonderful women that I have encountered every single time I have stepped inside.  Emily is so fantastic!  She really pays attention to detail and will stop at nothing to find you exactly what you need.  I feel like family when I am in the store, and I will go nowhere else. Karla was amazing with customer service :) I needed an engraving to be done within a very short time and they got it done quick! She is a lovely lady and cracked jokes with us while helping us out at the store. I would definitely recommend coming here over other jewelry places.

Carla is right on the mark with her wonderful shop!

Her personal touch means so much to my husband and myself! We purchased a fantastic Citizen's Eco-drive watch for my spouse, and a beautifully crafted cathedral-shaped bridal set for an anniversary for me. They moved my heart-shaped diamond from my original set, which I'd managed to snap as the gold band had been delicate, into the new solid gold set, and did so in a manner of excellence.

After I'd had some challenges in getting my rings properly cleaned, Carla phoned me personally and took close note of all of my concerns about my visits to her Onalaska shop, as she owns and operates from her headquarters at Mark Jewellers on Caledonia Street, on LaCrosse's north side.

Carla is a distinctively caring and dynamic individual who I value very much as a jeweler. Her concern for customers and her forward nature never cease to delight me. Her heart for the business is amazing.
