Was told my order would take 3-6 weeks, which was good enough to me because my anniversary was in 8 weeks. Called at 6 weeks and the associate literally said, "you can't expect us to do a custom ring that fast". They refused to take ownership in it and just kept blowing it off. Well since it was the beginning of January then I decided to give this ring to my wife for valentines day instead, but guess what? They proceeded to tell me it would take another 3-5 weeks to get done after 6 weeks had already gone by. I contacted corporate both times then they just kept referring me to the store manager. So it is finally done. Took 2 months & 1 week to get the ring after they said 3 to 6 weeks. Customer Service was horrible and did not resolve any issues. When they called to tell me it was ready for pickup they mentioned that they would give me a discount but they didn't even say how much. I can't imagine having to deal with them if something happens to the ring because I bought the extended warranty.

Was told a delivery date on our one year wedding band and the ring is still not in two weeks after that promised date. They are not being accountable for their actions when we are waiting on a piece of jewelry we have already started making payments on.

Horrible customer service... says store opens at 11am. We sat in front of the store in onalaska, wi watching two males do absolutely nothing until 11:10. There work ethic was like watching two turtles cross the road. Managers....please monitor your employees better.

The first time I went in I was excited because they told me they were going digital and I no longer needed to carry my piece of paper with me. Also I would be sent alerts every 6 months for reminding me to get my rings cleaned. They then took my papers from me. Then I went in this time and was horrified to find out that was not true. I was one week outside my warranty and the man inspecting my ring said he was not qualified to say if my diamond was chipped or it was the natural shape so he said he would not warranty it until we got it fixed. So now I have to pay to fix my ring that might possibly be chipped, but he was not qualified to say? Poor customer service and gave us the run around about corporate. Only to find out after calling corporate that each store is responsible for handling their own business and this store chose not to take care of a veteran customer.
