My fiance and I purchased all three of our rings here (my engagement and wedding rings and my fiance's wedding ring). We were looking for rings that were unique and a good value for our money. When we shopped at other stores, the staff didn't listen when I said I didn't want a large center stone. At Howe's, Casey and her staff really listened to what we wanted. She made sure to show us sets of engagement and wedding rings so that I wouldn't have to worry about finding a wedding band that would coordinate with my uniquely shaped engagement ring. I would definitely recommend! The only downside was that we had to wait a few weeks to see the oval shaped stones we were interested in because they didn't have a big supply in stock.

I have no complaints.  Associates are friendly and greet you, sometimes by name.  Service has been excellent, helpful and knowledge.

We purchased our engagement ring from Howe's and we had the best shopping experience possible. I am not an easy person to work with, as I know exactly what I want but I am very poor at explaining it to others. Casey continually worked with us to ensure we were getting the PERFECT ring. She never got frustrated or upset with us and worked through every problem or issue we had with different styles. Casey even went out of her way to bring in different rings for me to look at.  It took us over a year to find "the one" and Casey was there with us the whole way! If you want exceptional service-Howe's is the place to go!

Super helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. If you genuinely want someone to walk you through the entire wedding ring process talk to Casey.
