I got my engagement ring and wedding band soldered. They were very reasonably priced and even got my ring back to me quicker than the already fast 3 day turn-around. I'm very happy with how it turned out. I highly recommend Rose Jewelers!

Rose Jewelers was the first place I stopped when I started looking for my fiancée's engagement ring. I figured I would try a couple of local stores to get a better idea of what I wanted. Steve Rose met me at the counter and after a 20 minute conversation regarding what I wanted and the price I was looking for, I realized this would be my one and only stop. The staff at Rose Jewelers has treated me with kindness every time I've stopped in. Whether it was helping me select the exact ring I was looking for or giving me an honest answer of if this was a quality purchase. I always left the store knowing that I was given their best effort in helping me. My fiancée and I have been extremely impressed with everything they have done for us. They have created a lifelong bond between us, our rings, and Rose Jewelers.

Terrible customer service.  Purchased a several hundred dollar watch, went in to get the band adjusted or to purchase a new one.  Old lady who helped me wouldn't even look at the watch and insisted that there was "nothing she could do."  

Well, 8$ in watch repair tools from Ebay I was able to do it myself.  Guess I'll be making my purchases elsewhere.

Have been buying Jewelry from Rose Jewelers for many years!  Steve and Jon Rose along with the entire staff work to find the perfect piece and my wife is very pleased with the look and quality.  Sure is nice to work with the same people versus the revolving door at the mall jewelry shops!
