The staff was very friendly. The clothing section was organized well (better than what I have generally found in discount stores). Plenty of options in home improvement.

When you're coming to this store, just buying or shopping your personal needs. You're just need to purchase quality, cheap, brand name, but you're forgetting the Customer Service would be acts like. Everyone's of US, that include Marshalls Employee's works there unable to make their decision on their items after purchase and We, or they would be bring back the items for return or exhange. Sometime; We might forget receipts or taking the price tags off just for a gift to a friend. The Manager of this location had refused to return any items just the price tags have not attached with the item. The Manager said " the item have not found in our system and could not have any process for the return. While other Manager " STern, aggressively reluctant looks toward the Customer. Both Manager didn't said " hello, how are you ? " to the Customer, and the associate did not said " hello, how are you doing? " to the Customer. They are rude with hussle responded, ignored, and assault with blame on the system that don't have this item. The item bought from Marshalls store with receipt, and the Marshalls Manager denied to do the return process. thanks
