Don’t listen to the hours online. They close at 9pm! Even around Christmas!!!

Very organize and clean. Staff is always helpful plus the waiting line goes by quickly regardless of how long. They really care about doing things efficiently,  my favorite place to shop!

Large department store with discount clothing and home decorations. Store is bright and roomy. Men's section is definitely small! Large women's selection of clothes and shoes. Discounted pet supplies on hand as well. Part of a large older mall in the middle of Reno off of Virginia st.

I arrive @9.  Only to be disappointed that they are closing.  I notice someone pissed in parking lot then 3 other people saying what I was thinking,  it says open till 10online.  You should update this page so others don't waste time.    I drove 15 miles only because i was mislead by internet saying that it was open till 10.  Fyi...Goodnews is Ross actually is open till 10:30.
