Never going back to this location! I have been shopping at this Walmart and I have never had a problem being accused of shoplifting. Tonight i was looking around in the handbags area, and I a nice bag that I could use for my lunch. I also had a big food container to use for my salads so I thought it would be a good idea to see if the container would fit in the bag. I take the stuffing paper and I put it in a box where there was more stuffing paper and and I then try the container in the bag and I took the container back out and placed it in the cart. I did not bother to put the stuffing paper back in the bag since I was purchasing it anyway and I didn't want to take the trash with me. I go and look around in another section and there comes this store "manager" named PENELOPE doing go backs or something like that,  and stares at me for a good 30 sec and asked me "where did you put the stuff that was in the bag" I said what stuff the stuffing paper... I said I took it out to try something in the bag and said to her is there a problem. She tells me no they will just ask you to open the bag upfront. Why would she even asked me what did I do with the "stuff" and why would she tell me that they will check the bag I was purchasing upfront! I paid and the Cashier didn't even asked me for anything. I went to the costumer service area and a nice lady apologized for the situation and kindly informed me who I could contact to make my report. This person does not deserves her manager position, for false accusation and humiliating me for "shop lifting" because that's what technically she said.

Thank you for letting RVs sleep in your parking lot. Only 2 campgrounds in Reno and they were full or closed. Cold weather and snow has delayed opening of most forest service campgrounds. Great store to shop at with a Sam's Club next door!

Do not go to this store. Not only is the place a horrendous mess most of the time, they treat everyone like they're criminals! You can't leave the store without being harassed by the "greeter" for a receipt. And when you ask why they get pissy and rude with you and say "that's how it is"

Friendly and fast service. I get here early to get in line first cause if not you wait way too long.
