I've had nothing but good experience with the staff and doctors here.  Everyone is extremely professional and very friendly.  I have anxiety when I first switched my doctor and they made me feel compleely comfortable.  I also love that I can see my medical records and notes online.  Highly recommended!

wonderful caring staff. Always available and prompt with communication. Dr Elizabeth Remallong has gone above and beyond with my daughters care. I will be forever grateful to her and the entire staff. Pharmacy included!

Poor service. Rude PA.       Had to wait 1 week to get in for abdominal pain. When did get appt it was with PA not a doctor. Haven't  seen doctor since initial visit 1 1/2 years ago.    Always get PA.     Appt lasted 5 mins and was referred out.  Later when asked why it took so long to get appt to see a patient in need I was informed they were too busy for us.   I will be seeking care elsewhere.  Thank you Judith Santangelo for your honest and rude response.   Did like Dr Shuman but haven't been able to see her and am stuck with PA's who think they are doctors.   Martins Point needs to figure it out soon or they will lose many more patients

The lack of care and concern for patients' health is unbelievable. Took forever to get test results back which is understandable, but no follow up afterwards or courteousy call; in all honest I've had better dealings with my vet than these physicians.
