My brother referred me here and he loves it and his doctor and has never had an issue so I was fine coming here. But if I can help it I won't be coming back here. If a patient comes in and is uneasy about there health this isn't the place or maybe I need to see someone else. All they do is listen to what you say type it into a computer. If my old doctor took my insurance I would run back. Never be in really bad pain you should skip the office and head to the ER or Patient First. But never have I been asked what I'm here for express my concern and you don't ease the patients mind. Like damn can we draw blood or something. I had a EKG and was never told if it was good or bad. I still feel terrible my head still feels full but because you hear my heart and listen to my lungs and they sound fine I'm ok.

I was referred to try this place by a co worker. I just hate the fact that I set up an appointment and I am never seen on time. What's the point of having an appointment that you set up for 9:15am and its almost 10am and no doctor has seen me yet. Don't tell me the doctor will be right with me if it takes more than 15 minutes for them to see me. Last time I was here over 2 hours for something that took 15 minutes to take care of. Really thinking of finding a new primary doctor for my family. I understand everyone has to wait but the wait time here is outrageous.

I have never had a problem when it comes to making appointments or time waiting. Ms. Kess has been great and she's very knowledgeable - probably more so than the physicians there. The old front desk staff is now gone and the new front desk staff have been so pleasant and helpful.

I NEVER leave reviews, but after seeing the negative ones for this office I had to say something. I went yesterday (6/20/17) and had one of the best doctor's visits in my life. I had previously been going to the Pasadena location which was always hectic, rushed and very corporate feeling. I felt like I was just a number to them. Their bedside manner was professional, but cold. I got the exact opposite feeling at the Glen Burnie office. Every single employee, from the reception desk, to the physician assistant, to the woman that took my co-pay, was genuinely friendly and pleasant. I felt welcome and comfortable there, and like the employees actually cared, which is something I haven't felt at a doctor's office in quite some time. I had a doctor for many years that relocated and I have been searching for a replacement ever since. I think I have found it in this office. Thank you all for the lovely service, please know you are appreciated!
