Shocked at the negative reviews! I've never had to wait, have received nothing but polite and attentive care and Lisa Meade, PA is down-to-earth and was so easy to talk with about my medical concerns and questions. I'm very happy with the overall level of service.

Very Disappointed!!! I am a 60 year old mother of a daughter with special needs who requires a wheel chair occasionally around the house. Some days are better than other days for her. But there are days she will not get up for me to take care of her. Its hard on my back. So I called MPC to have my daughters doctor (Dr. Rutkowski) fill out a form to have her approved for a wheel chair. After leaving several messages and never a call back I requested to speak to Dr. Rutkowski. The office staff Kelly who is absolutely rude, has no customer service skills was out of line. She told me Dr. Rutkowski will not fill the form out and that it was fraud. After many attempts in trying to speak with my doctor she told me they were dismissing my daughter from the practice when all i wanted was to speak to her about my daughter. I feel they were not telling Dr. Rutkowski the whole story. My daughter has seen her for over 20 years and this is heart breaking. Dr. Rutkowski is a great doctor and really knows how to tend to my daughter. If some one is reading this please have Dr. Rutkowski call me. Kelly will bring this practice down if they continue to have someone like that working there. C. Sewell

I don't understand the negative reviews. Wife and I spend about 6 months a year in Maryland. During our visit, we both contracted the Shingles Virus. Went to a local hospital emergency room and were so disappointed with the staff. We had concerns about exposure to our grandchildren and our expecting newborn grandchild. Hospital PA sat on the computer and looked up the Shingles Virus and repeated what she was reading. Two days later, we contacted MPCP and spoke to a very nice lady; Aileen. Aileen was genuinely concerned about our situation and she went out of her way to get us both in to see a doctor. When we arrived the staff was very welcoming and got us right in to see Dr Sheth. Dr Sheth was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions including our concerns of being exposed to our newborn grandchild. Overall, we had a great experience and are now considering having MPCP be our primary care health provider and using the doctors in Florida as our secondary. Thank you very much Dr Sheth for understanding our situation and taking good care of us.

The wait time is always very long. Long wait at the waiting area and then another long wait in the room to be seen by the doctor. Every time I went I spent at least 3hrs here. I no longer go here. The doctors here come and go. There was a nice one and he left - Dr. Douglas. The front reception staff isn't very nice. Training goes a long way and this place needs that.

I've never had a problem with this location and am surprised by the negative reviews. I've been seeing a great doctor here regularly for almost three years and the only frustrating experience was my very first visit when I showed up 20 minutes late because google maps directed me to the old building, and they had me reschedule. As annoying as that was, it's standard practice, so I can't hold that against them. None of the people at reception have ever been rude to me. They're not extremely friendly or anything, but they do their jobs and that's what's important. I've requested appointments on short notice for pressing concerns and have always been given prompt appointments.
