I went to MD Primary Care Physicians for about 8 years, and my parents love it, but I am less impressed and have switched doctors. At Well-Woman appointments I have never spent less than 20 minutes waiting in the examining room (wearing nothing but sheets of paper) before the doctor comes in. Sometimes it's over 30 minutes. I would often get calls from the office a week or so after my visits that said I never did the requested blood work. This was a surprise to me since neither the doctor, nor the receptionist at check-out told me I need to get blood work done. For a year or so, I lived 45 minutes away from the office, so I would ask if I could have the blood work done somewhere closer to me. They said sure, but I'd have to come in person to pick up the referral form. Thus defeating the purpose. When I came in for any sort of problem, Dr. Jansen was often dismissive. And lastly, when I called to see how I could get my medical records, so I could share them with my new doctor, I was informed that they charge $0.76 per page, and it could take up to 30 days for them to be processed. I looked up whether this is legal, and it is, but they charge the maximum fee allowable by law. I'm sure the medical care here is just fine, but the office staff and policies made it too difficult to be a patient here if you live any farther away than 20 minutes.

I would never even consider being a patient at this practice!!!! Just trying to get an appointment the staff was ignorant and rude. I was supposed to receive a call within a week and when I didn't I called back just to be told that they couldn't accommodate my needs because they see too many patients and I don't matter. I think the inconsiderate person I talked to was named Dianne or something like that and she informed me that they never planned to call me back in the hopes I would go away and they wouldn't have to deal with me again. I wouldn't recommend this facility to a bum on the streets much less someone that I actually associate with. If you are thinking of using these people please think again and find a better doctors office that actually cares about their patients and patient care.

This place is absolutely terrible my doctor would always go on vacation and the only time she actually cared was when she had to send me somewhere for my mental health , Everyone at the front desks are very sweet but whoever does bill pay and reassigns people are so cold hearted they kicked me out cause I owed them 35 bucks and denied me my medicine that I need everyday I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone I love or anyone at all .

It won't allow me to give zero stars and still post or I absolutely would! I recently donated blood at the Red Cross and received a call that my tests came back not so good. I was re tested by a doctor at the Pasadena branch on 8/21/17. When I recieved a call with my test results confirming the bad news from the Red Cross I was shocked that a receptionist was the one to deliver these results. Since I received the results on 8/23 I have asked to speak to my doctor and left messages 3 times and have not received a call back. The last receptionist told me the doctor seen my messages. I am supremely disappointed in the way this has been handled by your staff. I will never return to your practice and will be letting everyone I know to consider the same.

I've been going to the Pasadena location for over 20 years and I love them!!!! They're compassionate and thorough. Im never kept waiting more than 10 minutes after my appointment time. Megan Brown is a nurse practitioner there and she is my favorite!!!
