This dentist was amazing. I am one who hates going to the dentist. Having bad experiences in the past I have been avoiding getting a cavity filled. I have been going to this dentist for a while, every time the conversation came about the cavity I'd make an excuse to myself why I could not do it at this time. My previous dentist had caused so much pain filling a cavity I was completely terrified. I finally caved in and had it done. I did not feel a thing as uncomfortable as the experience can be she did all possible to make sure I did not feel anything. I was completely satisfied with my experience. Please go see this dentist her staff is amazing truly go above and beyond to help.

Dr. Pfaffenberger is the best dentist I have ever been to. She has the patients best interest in mind. I have been to other dentists that misdiagnosed to get money. Dr.P’s diagnosis was a fraction of the price and solved my problem. I used to travel from Lavon to Carrollton for appointments. Now I travel from El Paso. She is the best.

Very good experience, i’ve very sensitive gums and very scared of injections but I didn’t feel anything and everything was done. Even post treatment also almost no pain. Very gentle and all stuff members are very cooperative

I will be switching to this location permanently!!! EVERYTHING about this staff is great! They even let my son hold my hand while I got my wisdom teeth pulled! I will also let my son go here even though his original dental office is right across the street. The drive is worth it. Pfaffenberger is patient and thorough. Her dental assistant is very personable. I could go on all day but I have to get to work. Oh yeah they just called to check on me. I am not use to that type of service and that was the last straw. They will get my family's business every time

My family and I were taken care off with the upmost respect and honesty. Everyone on Dr. Pfaffenberger's staff is kind and upbeat. My kids did not complain at all after their cleaning and treatments.
