Fantastic customer service! From extractions to standard cleaning their care and attention to detail was amazing. This office and staff are a perfect fit for the whole family! Edit: I wish i could rate this higher! Their continued performance has set the bar to new heights for me!

This was by far the best experience ever at a dentist office! The office has such an inviting, cozy feel. Everyone from the front office staff, to the dental assistants, and especially the doctor listen so well and are quick to accommodate you. Dr. Hampton has a conservative and realistic approach to treatment, and put me at ease by listening to literally everything I had to say. Not once did he try to interrupt me, nor did he dismiss any of my concerns. I cannot express how amazing my visit was, but will strongly encourage anyone looking for a dentist to try out Dr. Hampton. Just a wonderful office all the way around!

I've never been to a dentist office like this one. You feel at ease as soon as you step into the office to see how well it is decorated. The staff is very professional. They are very prompt as well. You get a sense that everything is going to be okay when you leave the dentist's chair. I haven't alway taken care of my mouth as I should, but I am confident that I can now with the support of Hampton dental. Thank you.

Just Horrible!!!! My Husband and I spend a lot of money on Orthodontics only to have my teeth come out crooked and misaligned. I only had a gap that needed closing. The equipment is old and dated they all have to share a lot the the same tools. My brackets from my braces popped off several times. After my braces were removed I had another very knowledgeable and professional Dentist take a look at my teeth and he couldn't believe that Darian Hampton would approve my braces to come off. He suggest I ask for a refund or have him correct the problem. I did just that, this guy gave no apology, gave us attitude, and made up obvious excuses. He suggested MTM aligners to correct the problem. Some new lady took my impressions and X-rays that didn't have a clue where nothing was due to the unorganized set up plus it was her first day and I was her first patient. What professional person allows a new person to correct the problem?? Two months later no call, of course, until I called to follow up yet again. Apparently my aligners were damaged by " the Lab" we all know they were damaged right in that very office to be childish and unprofessional. They never return phone calls and they all tell you different excuses as to why they haven't returned a call. Any real professional office does not take 1-2 weeks to return a call especially when they know they have screwed up. I suggested a partial refund because clearly this office doesn't have a clue on what they are doing. We paid $4000 for orthodontics only to be offered a measly $760.00. We didn't take the money because obviously he needs the money more than me to update his equipment. Please don't waste your money or time here. Our Attorney agreed to let this issue go because he is a waste of time and a joke. Don't let the fake and phony smiles fool you.

Dr. Hampton's office makes a trip to the dentist become a fun, relaxing excursion. Carla, Jenny, Amy and Dr. Hampton are warm, welcoming people. I'm sure we've all seen medical offices in which the staff clearly don't want to be there, and their sour attitude makes the appointment a miserable, tense experience. Hamptons Dental is such a contrast to that sort of health care! I left the office grinning and look forward to my next visit.
