This seems like a growing practice. Business is good because the service is good. With that being said, there are nuances to be worked out. For example, procedures explained aren’t reality. I was told I would be able to get a crown in 2hrs expedited? But turns out I will have to wait 2-3 weeks while wearing a temp. Crown I did before took only 2 hrs. Another instance is after my oral surgery, the prescriptions weren’t reviewed with me personally which I would have liked. Instead, there was a written document in a bag that was left in a chair during my crown procedure. I didn’t even realize I had 3 prescriptions until I dropped one off and saw the other 2 later. UPDATE: Went back 2 weeks later and Dr. Gondi and Dr. Denton both spoke to me about the review. I was impressed that they welcomed my feedback and assured me that they would work on my concerns. Very nice practice...I highly recommend it and already have to my friends.

MG Family Dentistry - Excellent customer service, friendly - from check-in to hygienist. I recommend this dentist office, they provide thorough explanation of teeth and gum issues as well teeth cleaning procedures. I can see and feel a improvement with the help of the great service MG Family Dentistry provides. Thank you

You can't find a better dentist. My daughter got her cavities filled today and Dr Gondi actually sung to her the whole time so she would feel comfortable. We've been here numerous times and the entire staff is so supportive and caring! They really are the best!

This place is awesome. Very professional caring and has good chair side service. Had a tooth pulled yesterday and she did an awesome job.

As someone with a lot of dental work, not all of which in hindsight I believe was required, I was relieved to find Dr Gandhi dentist is not trying to make money but only do what is necessary to preserve my teeth. He is Leading Edge for new technologies and was able to do a single cantilever bridge for me off my canine when no other dentist would. I moved away from Carrollton but still drive back to see him.
