I had an appointment over the Thanksgiving holiday. The appointment was a last minute thing but the staff was able to find me an appointment. When I arrived they already had my information and insurance ready. By the time I finished filling out a few medical forms they were ready to see me. Once in the back the Dental Assistants could not have been nicer. They were so sweet and friendly. I felt at ease. When the Dentist came in he was also extremely friendly and spent time with me just answering questions that I had. He also was able to help me understand a dental issue that I had not been able to get an answer on for many years. We live in Houston and this office is in Carrollton (Dallas Area) and this is my new dentist of choice. We will be making the drive for the appointments.

I have found my new DENTAL HOME! Prior to coming to Milestone, I had tried two well known dental establishments and after going through many Painful and EMBARRASSING ordeals, I had almost lost faith in finding a good dentist. But I guess by luck (and a really bad toothache) I stumbled across MILESTONE and I am so glad that I did. Everything and EVERYONE about the office is so professional, kind, and understanding. And their services are affordable! Stephanie, their receptionist was so proactive, professional, and patient, that after speaking with her I was even more confident in my decision to choose Milestone. Paula was the best dental assistant that I have ever met! She was very personable, professional, kind, and went to great lengths to ease my nerves; and last but not least, Dr. Matt Doan is simply the best hands down. He goes over and beyond to make sure that you comfortable throughout the entire process and are knowledgeable about the condition of your teeth and the proposed treatments. HE IS TRULY AMAZING, I swear he is a DENTAL ANGEL! I am convinced that there isn't a dental condition that he hasn't seen. I am looking forward to starting my dental journey with them. Whatever your reasoning is for avoiding the dentist, I promise MILESTONE will alleviate any fears you may have! Give them a try!

I have had several visits now to Milestone and each one so far has been better than the last. I have went in needing emergency dental work and they were able to fit me and do a root canal on the spot. They offer many different financing options as well.

I went this morning for the first time and had an amazing experience. Every one was so nice, friendly and professional. Dr. Doan was so gentle and caring. Tanisha was so helpful, and explained the procedures and after care. Mckenzee in the front of the office was very friendly and welcoming and attentive. They all made my morning a great experience. Defiantly my new dentist. Thank you.

The staff was awesome and made me feel welcome immediately. I will definitely be returning. They also made it very apparent that their customers are important to them. They took care of me and listened to my needs.
